KAYAK-RAFT VAR-VESUBIE – Athletic day

A first course on the Var dedicated to boat handling and safety techniques, all in a fun environment. Following this initiation, participants and guides will decide on the skills for the afternoon.
The Haute Vésubie en Lantosque and Suquet is a committed course, 5 kms of tight rapids with a steep slope, which will be explained and secured upstream before being crossed, beautiful waterfalls in perspective.
A decidedly very sporty day, more than 4 intensive hours, open to those who are ready to push back their physical and emotional limits.
